#YOURMISSION

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust international sales strategy. Tailor value propositions for diverse regions and customer groups, and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline. Report directly to the COO and provide monthly updates to the CEO.
  • Driving Growth: Expand market share and turnover in key international markets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Building Winning Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement through performance metrics and coaching.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand customer requirements and align offerings to provide tailored solutions. Oversee proposal generation and lead high-stakes commercial negotiations.
  • Market and Product Insights: Collaborate with product development teams to translate customer needs into innovative products and solutions. Leverage market and competitor analyses to inform product strategies.
  • Digital and AI Sales Innovation: Harness the potential of digital tools and AI-driven approaches to optimize sales processes and customer engagement.

 

#YOURPROFILE

  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in sales and business development within security systems, IT, or related industries. Expertise in building long-term customer relationships and negotiating at executive levels.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring high-performance teams, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Skills: Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex markets and drive sustainable growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Innovation: Experience in implementing and driving digital sales innovations.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German, with the ability to navigate technical documents and negotiate effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
